Kris is the founder and Academy Director at Complete. A former semi-professional goalkeeper, he went on to work with Fulham Football Club as an Academy Goalkeeper Coach and Scout. His coaching experience has also taken him overseas, including travelling with the Premier League to Cameroon to support the development of local coaches. Kris has spent more than 15 years building coaching and education programmes designed to help young people progress both on and off the pitch.
