Love sport? Discover where it could take you.
Complete Academy Surrey and Complete Academy Berkshire invite Year 10 and Year 11 students, parents and carers to Your Future in Sport — a careers and college open evening at Camberley Theatre.
Taking place on Friday 16 October 2026, this event brings together guest speakers from the sports industry to help young people explore career possibilities and their next steps after GCSEs.
There’s more than one way to build a career in sport
An interest in sport can lead to opportunities far beyond playing or competing. From helping athletes improve their performance to supporting recovery from injury, there are many ways to turn that interest into a career.
Our guest speakers will share their journeys, experiences and advice, exploring pathways including:
- Sports coaching
- Physiotherapy
- Strength and conditioning
- Personal training
Whether you already have a career in mind or are just starting to explore your options, the evening will give you ideas and insights to help you think about your future.
Explore your options after Year 11
Alongside the careers talks, you’ll have the opportunity to find out about the local college programmes offered by Complete Academy Surrey and Complete Academy Berkshire.
Discover how continuing your education through sport could form part of your next step after Year 11, and learn more about the opportunities available locally.
Parents and carers are welcome too — it’s a chance to explore the options together and support those important decisions about what comes next.
