Complete Academy is the post-16 stage of the wider Complete journey.
Whether you have progressed through Complete Coaching or are joining us for the first time, the Academy provides an environment where your education and sporting development can move forward together.
Our goal is to help every student understand their potential, raise their standards and leave with more options for their future.
Train
Follow a structured training programme designed to improve your technical ability, physical performance, tactical understanding and confidence. Students train alongside like-minded teammates under coaches with experience across professional football, academy systems and player development.
Study
Work towards recognised qualifications while receiving the structure and support needed to progress academically. Study routes include sport and physical activity qualifications, with additional academic options available depending on the chosen programme and location.
Compete
Represent Complete Academy in competitive fixtures, leagues and events. Match experience gives students the opportunity to apply what they learn in training, develop their decision-making and understand the standards expected within competitive sport.
Frimley Lodge Park
Complete Academy Surrey
Based at Frimley Lodge Park, the Surrey programme combines post-16 education with regular football training, competitive fixtures and individual player development. Students work within a football-focused environment while preparing for their next step in education, employment, coaching or the wider game.
Bracknell Leisure Centre
Complete Academy Berkshire
Based at Bracknell Leisure Centre, Complete Academy Berkshire gives student-athletes the opportunity to combine recognised education with structured training in their chosen sport. Each programme is built around development, competition and the standards needed to progress both academically and athletically.

From Complete Academy to US College football
Saahil Kapoor completed two years at Complete Academy before moving to the United States on a full football scholarship. He competed in the American College system, representing Northwest Kansas Technical College before continuing his studies and playing career at Bryan College.
After graduating, Saahil moved into coaching. His career has included a goalkeeper coaching role at NCAA Division II level and he is now Boys Associate Director for the U16–U19 programme at One Knoxville Sporting Club. Saahil’s journey shows that progress through Complete can lead beyond the pitch, opening opportunities in education, international sport, coaching and leadership.
