Complete brings together coaches, educators and specialists with experience across every stage of sport. Our team includes former professional players, Premier League and Football League academy coaches, specialist coaches and experienced educators, including Kris Hatton, Rufus Brevett and Richard Williams.

From first steps to the next level

We work in primary schools, deliver clubs and holiday programmes, provide specialist football, netball, basketball and goalkeeper coaching, and create a pathway into Complete Academy for 16 –18 year olds. That breadth of experience helps young people build confidence, develop their ability and progress as far as their ambition can take them.

2009 — Complete Coaching Founded
Complete Coaching begins, focused on sports coaching for children and schools.

2013 — Complete Coaching Associates Ltd
The business is formally incorporated as Complete Coaching Associates Limited.

2014 — Holiday Camps Established
Complete is already running structured school-holiday sports camps.

2015 — Complete Academy Launches
Complete Academy is established in Surrey, creating a post-16 football and education pathway.

2016–2018 — Specialist Coaching Expands
Football, goalkeeping, netball and other development programmes become a bigger part of the offer.

2019 — Wraparound Childcare Grows
Complete begins expanding registered breakfast, after-school and out-of-school childcare provision.

2020s — Complete Kidz Develops
The childcare side becomes more clearly branded as Complete Kidz, alongside the established coaching operation.

Today — One Complete Pathway
Covering childcare, sport, player development and post-16 education.
