Lee progressed through the Complete Academy programme himself before moving into coaching, giving him a particularly strong understanding of the pathway experienced by today’s players. After completing an apprenticeship with Complete, he developed into a coach working with children and young people across a wide range of ages. He now combines his playing background with practical coaching experience to support the next generation of Academy players.
